Rockford Area Schools embarked upon a strategic planning process January 2020 facilitated by TeamWorks International.  While the pandemic did slow down the planning, the district still persevered for this important work.  Culminating into a Strategic Roadmap for the school district are new mission and vision statements as well as revised core values.  In addition, the Desired Daily Experiences for students, families and staff are reflections of the information from surveys and focus groups.  Finally, the district's theory of action is the commitment to beliefs, behaviors and actions to deliver the Desired Daily Experience.  

 

Now, the School Board and Superintendent are seeking your feedback on the Strategic Roadmap by Wednesday, March 3.  Comments will be considered by the School Board for any modifications to the draft.  Final action on the Strategic Roadmap will occur at the board's business meeting on March 15.
