You may experience problems when using Internet Explorer to access the PaySchools payment processing site. PaySchools has identified an issue with Internet Explorer 10 where you might be prompted to add a student prior to processing any deposits.
The easiest solution is to use another web browser such as Firefox or Chrome.
If you prefer to use Internet Explorer, please follow these instructions to activate Internet Explorer's Compatibility Mode:
- With the Internet Explorer browser open, press F12 on your keyboard to open another panel in your browser called Developer Tools. On laptops, you may need to use Shift + F12 or Function + F12.
- The Developer Tools panel should list an option named Browser Mode: IE10. When you select that a submenu of alternative modes will appear. Select IE10 Compatibility View. Close out of the Developer Tools panel.
- At this point, you should be able to proceed with normal payment processing.
