Distribution of Materials for Outside Groups (505 & 904)

This protection includes distributing nonschool-sponsored material, subject to school district regulations and procedures, at a reasonable time and place and in a reasonable manner. Any student or employee wishing to distribute (as defined in policy 505) non-school sponsored material must first submit for approval a copy of the material to the building principal who will review the request and render a decision. For detailed information, see the complete “Distribution of Nonschool-Sponsored Materials on School Premises by Students and Employees” policy 505 on the district’s website (Link).
