ROCKFORD ACTIVITIES: athletics & FINE ARTS

Activities are available to all students in grades 7-12.  For students younger than 7th grade, opportunities are available through Rockford Community Education or Rockford Area Athletic Association.

Requirements to participate in Athletics/Activities:

Sports-qualifying physical exams are required to participate in athletics for students in grades 7-12. The exam must be within the past 3 years. You can look up your student's physical exam date in your Parent Portal; the exam date is listed at the bottom of the Health/Immunizations page. Please submit your physical exam to Stacey Larson at larsonst@rockford.k12.mn.us or your physician can fax it to Rockford High School at 763-477-6123.
