Rockford Community Center

  • The Rockford Community Center is open to members only at this time.

    We ask that everyone follows our new guidelines posted here.   If these guidelines are not followed, we will have to ask you to leave the facility. Our Preparedness plan can be found here.      The Rockford Community Center (RCC) has memberships for purchase. The RCC contains a fieldhouse with a running/walking track, volleyball, basketball, multi-purpose cage, tennis and badminton courts. The RCC also has a fitness center with cardiovascular equipment such as ellipticals and treadmills. In addition the RCC has a Freemotion cable cross machine, free weights and Cybex weight machines. The RCC also conducts a variety of fitness classes throughout the week. Besides the fieldhouse and fitness center, the RCC has three meeting rooms available for rent. The RCC is located on the east side of the Rockford High School at 7600 Rebecca Park Trail (Co Rd 50).  Use of the facilities requires a membership, day pass, or rental.  (age restrictions: Students/children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the Rocket power center at any time.  Students ages 8 and under must be directly supervised by a parent or guardian while in the RCC fieldhouse.  Ages 8-12 may play independently in the fieldhouse as long as a parent or guardian is on site in the RCC building. Ages 12-13 may be in the Rocket power center as long as they are with a parent or guardian or enrolled in Rocket power and with the instructor.  Students ages 14-18 may be in the Rocket Power Center without supervision, but must follow all rules, be safe, and be respectful or they may be asked to leave)

    The outdoor track and tennis courts will be closed from 8a-3pm starting and when teams are practicing or playing.  Please follow social distancing rules in these areas. *** Track and tennis courts will not be accessible after Oct. 15th as they are open April 15th-Oct. 15th weather permitting.

    Saturday 8am-4pm

    Sunday 12pm - 8pm

    Track and Tennis courts are open dawn to 8am and 3pm to dusk.  These areas are closed during practices and games.  The season is April 15th-Oct. 15th weather permitting and will be closed after oct. 15th.**Please note that practices and games will be occuring in both areas, so there may be times that they are closed.

     

Membership Information


  • Adult Monthly $32 per month (includes most Group Fitness Classes) 

    Student Monthly $20.00 per month (includes Rocket Power instruction for 7th-12th graders) 

    Family Membership $45 per month (includes most Group Fitness Classes)

    Senior Membership $20.00 per month 65+

    Senior Walking Pass  (age 65+) FREE annual 

    Adult Walking pass $35 year
