Wage Theft Law
Effective July 1, 2019, this law amends existing state labor laws and provides for new wage, and hour requirements, protections and sanctions.

Assurance of Compliance Equity Laws

Nondiscrimination Statement
Federal and state laws prohibit discrimination in education based on sex/gender, sexual orientation, race, color, creed, national origin, religion, disability, receipt of public assistance, or marital status and age.
