Benefit Changes Qualifying Events
Use your same login to access the benefit portal year-round to review your benefit elections, process life event enrollment changes, address changes, name changes or update beneficiaries. You can also change your PIN (password) at any time using the Change My Pin option on the You & Your Family menu.
Insurance premiums are deducted each pay period and the amount is determined by the following:
- 12 month Employees including Teachers 24 pay periods divided by 2
- 9/10 month Employees 18 pay periods divided by 2 (your coverage is for 12 months)

All MetLife Life and LTD Benefit Summaries are located in your form library in your benefit portal.
Once you login to your portal click on the page Icon in the upper right hand corner and then click on Form Library.
