What is required to be eligible to practice on the first day?
- Submit online registration form (registration link above).
- Payment of activity fee and/or a payment plan set up with the Activities office is required to be eligible to practice or participate.
- A sports-qualifying physical exam is required every 3 years to participate in MSHSL activities. Your physical exam needs to be on file in the Activities office to be eligible to practice with the team. Login to your parent portal to check your student's last physical date.
- The 2019-20 MSHSL eligibility statement needs to be signed by player and parent annually (not per activity) and submitted to the Activities office.
*** Please note: Sports registration paperwork can be turned into the RHS front office on Wednesdays from 7:30-2:30 OR the RCC front desk during daily open hours.
How do I pay my student's activity fee?
Once you have submitted your online registration form, you will receive an email to login to your parent portal and pay your fee online (during summer hours, this may take a few days to process). Payment of cash or check is also accepted and must be turned in to the high school front office or the Activities office prior to the first day of practice. During the summer, the middle school and high school front office is open on Wednesdays from 7:30-2:30.
Contact Stacey Larson, Activities Secretary at 763-477-5846 x3010 or firstname.lastname@example.org. (Please note, the Activities office is not open daily during the summer, so it may take a few days to answer your question(s). Thank you for your patience!)
