Attendance Protocol for 2020 Volleyball Season

Attendance Protocol for 2020 Volleyball Season

To follow the guidance issued by the MDE/MDH for volleyball matches this season, each player and coach is allowed up to two spectators. Face masks are required for all matches and spectators must be separated by at least 6 feet between households / spectators.

New this season, we are requiring that tickets are purchased online and in advance. Cash will no longer be accepted at the door. Online ticketing helps to control capacity as well as collect contact information of ticket holders in case contact tracing for COVID-19 is needed. A "Parent Access Code" is required to purchase tickets for both home and away matches. This access code allows you to purchase up to 2 tickets. If you purchase a ticket, you are welcome to attend all levels of matches.

Home Matches: Each person attending needs to present a ticket with the QR code, either on their phone or a printed copy. All tickets will be scanned at the gate entrance.

Away Matches: You need to bring your ticket (on your phone or paper copy) to show at the gate as proof of purchase as other schools may not be using the same online ticketing system. A final list of Rockford ticket holders will be sent to the opposing school, including contact information. For this reason, there will be a deadline when tickets can no longer be purchased.

**PLEASE NOTE: There is a deadline of 3:00pm on match day to purchase tickets to away matches. A final list of Rockford ticket holders is then sent to the school hosting the match.
